How much do you charge for cleaning services?

Because each job is so different and each customer may be looking for different levels of services, it is difficult to give a general quote online. We offer free estimates, just give us a call or text at 317-300-4226. However, to get a general idea, the following is a general idea of what we charge. - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom standard apartment/house, approximately $110. - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom standard apartment/house, approximately $145. - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom standard apartment/house, approximately $165. - 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom standard apartment/house, approximately $225. Please remember that these are just very basic general numbers and your actual cleaning price could vary.
How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

We at OCD Cleaning Services understand that life happens. We all have families ourselves; so if life happens and you need to cancel, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to be considerate for other clients.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do you clean windows?

We will clean the interior side of windows, however due to safety concerns and insurance regulations, we will only clean windows that are accessible without the use of a ladder.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
What does your "Deep Cleaning" and "Move in/Move out" service include?"

A deep clean is for customers who haven't had their home professionally cleaned in the last three to six months. Deep cleaning involves cleaning such as baseboards, ceiling fan blades, door knobs & light switches, spot cleaning of walls, inside of a microwave, inside of empty kitchen cabinets, and cleaning the inside of the oven. Deep cleaning is also highly recommended for first time customers. A Move In/Out service is for when you are moving into or out of a place.
